Do not ask about Notator or the Atari ST here!
I created the mailing list and the Notator FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions for that purpose.

For issues related to Notator/Creator SL ....
... please join the Notator mailing list and get in touch with other users all over the world!
...but before anything else, read the Notator/Creator SL Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
Also check out my "Atari Launchpad" web site for hundreds of Atari ST links directing you to software, dealers around the world, information, hardware etc:

For questions related to the Atari ST computer itself, be it hardware wise (how do I add a harddisk, where can I buy a new mouse, what's the latest TOS version etc...) or software wise (I need a web browser for my ST, how do I format my disks, where can I get a new desktop...) you'll be a lot better off by asking in the more appropriate Atari newsgroups.

.... but again, read the Notator FAQ first, as I've tried to answer the most common questions which Notator/Creator users will have, also a bit on the computer side of things.

Your Internet provider should give you access to at least the two most common Atari ST newsgroups around:

____________________________________________

If your provider for some strange reason doesn't carry these groups, and still won't after you've asked them about it, fear not as you can still access them via Google-groups public newsgroup access system.

By using your web browser you can read both the comp.sys.atari.st and the comp.sys.atari.st.tech newsgroups, and naturally post newsgroup articles yourself.
